La totalidad del producido de la estampilla a que se refiere esta Ley se destinará a la financiación de la Sociedad de Mejoras Públicas de Medellín.

Parágrafo

El producido de la estampilla en cada uno de los Municipios diferentes a Medellín deberá ser invertido en el respectivo Municipio, para lo cual se creará la respectiva Sociedad de Mejoras Públicas Municipales, presidida por el Alcalde Municipal mientras que se estructura definitivamente y tendrá los Estatutos y reglamentos acordes con el objetivo de Sociedad de Mejoras Públicas y de acuerdo con las necesidades.
