° El anclaje de los vapores en la bahía debe hacerse en los lugares que no ofrezcan peligro a las naves que se dirijan al muelle o vayan a desprenderse de él. Con tal fin, el Jefe del muelle o el Administrador de la Aduana pueden hacer variar de sitio las embarcaciones ancladas que perjudiquen el movimiento de las demás.
