Art. 112. La Corte Suprema y los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito pueden resolver, cuando lo estimen necesario y en los casos que á su juicio sean graves, que uno ó más de sus miembros se trasladen á los lugares convenientes, dentro de su jurisdicción, con el fin de esclarecer hechos criminosos y descubrir los culpables.
