Referencias normativas . A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes a la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional, Acción Social, relacionados con atención a víctimas de la violencia y atención a la población desplazada, debe entenderse referidas a la Unidad de Atención y Reparación de Víctimas.
