Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para comprar al Departamento de Boyacá los artefactos, materias primas, máquinas y demás enseres que existían en los diversos talleres de la Penitenciaría de Tunja, costeados con fondos departamentales y que la Nación tomó para sí, por virtud del Decreto ejecutivo número 1547, publicado en el Diario Oficial número 15386 del año en curso.
