Autorízase igualmente al Gobierno para que proceda a arreglar con el Gobernador del Departamento de Boyacá el reconocimiento y pago de las sumas que la Nación adeude a dicho Departamento, en virtud de haber continuado ella percibiendo el producido de las rentas de licores y degüello del Municipio de Orocué después de la vigencia de la ley que anexó este Municipio a aquel Departamento.
