El síndico podrá bajo su responsabilidad y con cargo a la masa de quiebra contratar los servicios de auxiliares o colaboradores ocasionales, tales como contadores y abogados, cuya remuneración no esté prevista en el presupuesto de gastos; esta remuneración deberá ser autorizada por el juez, quien además regulará su cuantía, todo previo concepto de la Junta.
