Artículo octavo. El Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social, CONPES, establecerá anualmente, con base en la solicitud que le presente el Ministerio de Agricultura las proporciones en que se distribuirán los recursos de la presente Ley en los diferentes programas de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, previstos en el artículo anterior.
