La sentencia de cancelación o de reposición causará ejecutoria diez días después de la fecha de su notificación, si el título ya hubiere vencido y diez días después de la fecha del vencimiento, si no hubiere vencido aún.

La sentencia será apelable en el efecto suspensivo.
