Impuestos . Los asuntos tributarios relacionados con la inversión continuarán rigiéndose por el Estatuto Tributario y sus normas complementarias. Todo lo establecido en el presente decreto, debe entenderse sin perjuicio del pago previo de impuestos según lo ordenen las normas fiscales.
