El reajuste de las pensiones se hará oficiosamente por la entidad, empresa o Caja de Previsión a que corresponda el pago de ellas, la cual cancelará íntegramente, mes a mes, la pensión reajustada a su beneficiario, y podrá repetir contra las demás entidades, empresas o cajas, legalmente obligadas a contribuir al pago de la pensión y de su aumento en proporción a sus respectivas cuotas.
