° Amplíase el término del Servicio Militar Obligatorio, de que trata el artículo 3° de la Ley 37 de 1978, a los siguientes contingentes en las Fuerzas Militares: hasta por 22 meses al Quinto y Segundo contingente de 1988 en el Ejército y la Armada, respectivamente. En la Fuerza Aérea al Tercer contingente de 1988 hasta por 21 meses.
