Los empleados públicos que, estando al servicio del Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil, fueren incorporados en la planta de personal creada por el artículo del presente Decreto, para la posesión no requerirán sino firmar el acta respectiva y pagar el impuesto de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración, si a ello hubiere lugar.
