Las muestras de preparados y especialidades que se hallen por su composición sometidas a control, únicamente podrán ser facilitadas por la restricción a los facultativos que lo soliciten por escrito acreditando su condición de tales. Para ellos los fabricantes y elaboradores depositaran las muestras en la restricción donde se anotaran las entregas que se hagan. En todo caso, este reparto no podrá entorpecer el servicio y la distribución de muestras podrá suspenderse tan pronto como se estimes conveniente.
