Art. 46. Los Municipios que carezcan de recursos suficientes para sostener Escuelas elementales de niñas, podrán ser auxiliados con fondos del Tesoro nacional, á juicio del Gobierno; y para esto se destinan hasta treinta mil pesos anuales, que se incluirán en los respectivos Presupuestos.
