Costo de instalación de los hidrantes públicos. Los hidrantes públicos forman parte integral de la red de acueducto y sus costos de instalación se distribuirán en forma similar a como se distribuyen los costos de las redes locales, salvo lo dispuesto en el inciso final del artículo anterior.
