Los Miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, que sean destinados en comisión de estudios en institutos diferentes a la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional, están obligados a prestar sus servicios a la institución por un tiempo mínimo igual al doble del que hubiere permanecido en comisión. Cuando se trate de comisión de estudios en el exterior, la obligación a que se refiere el presente artículo será por un tiempo igual al triple de la duración de la respectiva comisión.
