Proyecto definitivo. oída la opinión del Consejo, el Conpes efectuará las enmiendas que considere pertinentes luego de lo cual, el Gobierno a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público presentará el proyecto a consideración del Congreso antes del 7 de febrero, para lo cual lo convocará a sesiones extraordinarias.
