El valor de la ganancia ocasional objeto de la inversión de que trata el artículo 24 de la Ley 09 de 183, será la suma de las utilidades ocasionales obtenidas eh la enajenación de los activos fijos disminuida en los primas ciento veinte mil pesos ($ 120.000.00) y en las pérdidas ocasionales del período.
