Las infracciones a la prohibición del Artículo tercero serán sancionadas con multas de cincuenta pesos ($50.00) a un mil pesos ( $1.000.00), convertibles en arresto, las cuales serán impuestas por los Gobernadores, Intendentes, Comisarios y el Alcalde Mayor del distrito Especial de Bogotá, previo informe del alcalde, corregidor, inspector de policía o comisario respectivo, acompañando la prueba sumaria.
