De las circunstancias agravantes. Son circunstancias que agravan la sanción, entre otras, las siguientes

Reincidir en la comisión de la misma falta:

Realizar- el hecho en complicidad de subalternos o de otras personas;

Cometer- la falta aprovechando la confianza depositada no)- el superior;

Cometer la falta rara ocultar otra: c) Rehuir la responsabilidad o atribuírselo a otro u otros; f) Infringir varias obligaciones con la misma conducta; g) Programar premeditadamente la infracción v sus modalidades.
