Art. 133. En caso de que el Administrador de una Aduana sospeche que los objetos que se presenten como equipaje de un individuo no le pertenecen, sino que corresponden a cargamento de otra persona, i se iratan de introducir de contrabando por ese medio, negará la exencion de derechos, a menos que el interesado compruebe la verdad de su asercion con certificaciones del Capitan del buque i de dos individuos mas.
