Sistemas de alarma y de comunicaciones . Los sistemas de alarma que se utilicen como mecanismos de información para desastres y calamidades, cumplirán las orientaciones sobre normas y requisitos que decida impartir la Oficina Nacional para la Atención de Desastres. La utilización de los sistemas y medios de comunicación en caso de desastres y calamidades se regirá por las reglamentaciones que para el efecto dicte el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
