Articulo 70 . Mientras el Gobierno Nacional elabora tablas especiales de depreciación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 6º del artículo 59 del Decreto 2053 de 1974, se considera como vida útil probable de los bienes depreciables, hasta veinte años para la propiedad inmueble, diez años para la propiedad mueble y cinco años para los aviones y Vehículos automotores en general.
