Término para la expedición del certificado de donación o inversión . Una vez cumplidos y acreditados los requisitos previstos en el artículo 19 del presente Decreto, el Ministerio de Cultura a través de la Dirección de Cinematografía, expedirá el respectivo certificado de donación o inversión de cinematografía, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes al recibo de los mismos.
