Artículo tercero. Las sociedades calificadas como Parques Industriales utilizarán las fuentes de financiamiento establecidas para ellas en el artículo 5º del Decreto 2143 de 1979 con el fin de atender cumplida y puntualmente los vencimientos de los préstamos de que trata el presente Decreto.
