Reserva de las investigaciones. Las investigaciones disciplinarias son reservadas y de sus piezas sólo se dará copia cuando se decida definitivamente sobre ella, salvo las excepciones contempladas en este Decreto. En ellas no podrá oponerse la reserva bancaria, pero sus datos no podrán darse a conocer sin incurrir en mala conducta causante de la pérdida del empleo.
