Pérdida, extravío o destrucción. El comerciante deberá denunciar ante las autoridades competentes la pérdida, extravío o destrucción de sus libros y papeles. Tal circunstancia deberá acreditarse en caso exhibición de libros, junto con la constancia de que los mismos se hallan inscritos en el registro mercantil.
