Artículo segundo . El Jefe, de la Seccional del Cauca tendrá jurisdicción en el territorio del Departamento, y ejerceré las mismas funciones que tienen los Jefes de las Seccionales de Caldas, Tolima y Valle del Cauca en sus respectivos territorios conforme a lo dispuesto en los Decretos números 0190, 0273 y 0322 de 1958.
