Etapa de prospectación en la industria de la construcción. La etapa de prospectación, en la industria de la construcción y venta de inmuebles está comprendida entre la fecha de instalación de la empresa y la fecha en que primero ocurra uno de los siguientes hechos

Adquisición de inmuebles, maquinaria y equipo de construcción;

Iniciación de la construcción de obras civiles o de las obras que sean objeto de la industria.
