Art. 1.° Cada uno de los Jefes de sección de la Secretaría de Guerra i Marina autorizará bajo su responsabilidad, en lo tocante a su respectiva mesa, las copias de documentos a que se refiere el inciso 3.°, artículo 9.° del decreto ejecutivo de 30 de mayo del corriente año, que reglamenta dicha Secretaría.
