Artículo octavo. Los Inspectores Permanentes de Policía serán responsables de los dineros, objetos y valores que por cualquier causa se recauden en sus oficinas, así como del depósito de los mismos, para lo cual constituirán fianza por dos mil pesos ($ 2.000.00) moneda corriente, antes de su posesión.
