Cuando no existan los deudos legítimos mencionados en el artículo 23, tendrán derecho a la pensión, en primero lugar, las hijas naturales reconocidas, de cualquiera edad, si estuvieren solteras y observaren buena conducta; y en segundo, los hijos menores de edad, naturales y también reconocidos, según los principios establecidos en el Código Civil, y de conformidad con las condiciones establecida en el artículo 25 de esta Ley.
