El Gobierno Nacional contratará con la Federación Nacional de Arroceros la inversión de los fondos recaudados en razón de lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, con destino al incremento de la industria arrocera, para mejorar su calidad, atender al consumo interno y propender por aumentar el cupo de exportación.
