Requisitos del Director General de la CVC. Los requisitos mínimos que debe cumplir el Director General de la CVC son los siguientes

Ser ciudadano colombiano en ejercicio.

Ser mayor de treinta (30) años.

Ser profesional universitario, y haber desempeñado durante cinco (5) años cargos de responsabilidad directiva, o haber ejercido con buen crédito por el mismo tiempo su profesión o la cátedra universitaria en establecimientos reconocidos oficialmente.
