Artículo primero. Declárase vigente para Colombia, desde el día 26 de junio de 1953, el Convenio Aéreo Colombio-español, suscrito en Madrid el 11 de diciembre de 1951, que a la letra dice: CONVENIO AEREO COLOMBO-ESPAÑOL El Gobierno de la República de Colombia, y el Gobierno español, animados por el deseo de facilitar los transportes aéreos civiles que permitan estrechar mediante una comunicación rápida, los vínculos de amistad y las relaciones fraternas que unen a los pueblos español y colombiano, han resuelto firmar el presente Convenio:
