El Superintendente y los Superintendentes delegados no podrán, directamente ni por interpuesta persona, conservar o adquirir acciones en las Sociedades Anónimas mientras estén en ejercicio de su cargo, ni especular en forma alguna con las entidades que inspeccionan. La violación de este precepto será castigada con la destitución y con una multa hasta de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000 ) que será impuesta por el Ministerio de Industrias .
