La calidad de abogado se probará con copia del acta de grado y certificación sobre su conocimiento oficial, o con el carnet de inscripción profesional. El ejercicio de la abogacía se podrá comprobar con el desempeño habitual de cualesquiera actividades jurídicas, tanto independientes como subordinadas en cargo público o privado.
