La policía y los demás funcionarios a quienes la ley faculte expresamente para allanar domicilios o sitios cerrados donde se ejerzan actividades privadas, podrán hacerlo, pero sólo a virtud de mandamiento escrito de autoridad competente, con las formalidades legales y por motivo previamente definido en la ley.
