REGIMEN TRIBUTARIO. En materia de los Impuestos administrados por la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales, los fondos de empleados se regirán por lo dispuesto en el Estatuto Tributario contenido en el Decreto 624 de 1989, y las demás normas que lo adicionen o modifiquen.
