La exención correspondiente se hará efectiva por el respectivo Administrador de la Aduana a solicitud del Intendente del Amazonas, quien deberá certificar que los elementos sobre los cuales se pide aquél beneficio vienen con destino para los Orfanatorios de La Pedrera y los restaurantes escolares de la Intendencia del Amazonas.
