Consultas . Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo anterior, la oportunidad de elevar consultas se dará igualmente durante todo el plazo de la investigación. En tal caso, el plazo del mes previsto para la tramitación de las consultas no suspenderá los demás plazos y términos establecidos para la investigación.
