El Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura de oficio o a solicitud de terceros, por intermedio de los Consejos Seccionales, podrá imponer a los ingenieros o arquitectos matriculados, conforme a la Ley 64 de 1978, las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 24 de dicha ley, previo el procedimiento determinado para tal fin en los artículos siguientes.
