Licencia definitiva de funcionamiento. La entidad administradora del recurso con base en el plan de actividades y en visitas técnicas que se practicarán a costa del interesado podrá otorgar la licencia definitiva de funcionamiento, u ordenar los cambios, ampliación o adecuación de las instalaciones, las cuales deberán realizarse so pena de que se le niegue la licencia.

La licencia que se otorgue podrá ser revocada por las mismas causas señaladas en el artículo 2.2.1.2.21.4 de este decreto.
