Maestros y profesores cuyas solicitudes de inscripción o ascenso en el escalafón se encuentren en trámite al entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto tendrán derecho a que se resuelve sus peticiones de acuerdo con las disposiciones anteriores y a que se les inscriba en la categoría del nuevo escalafón que corresponda a aquella del anterior escalafón en que quedaren clasificados.
