° . Régimen legal. Las operaciones de la Administradora Colombiana de Pensiones (Colpensiones), se regirán por el Decreto-ley 4121 de 2011, el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y sus estatutos. La supervisión y vigilancia estará a cargo de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, quien en cumplimiento de sus objetivos legales propenderá para que Colpensiones cumpla con las funciones establecidas en las normas legales vigentes.
