Fondo de infraestructura carcelaria, FIC. Para la financiación y generación de la infraestructura penitenciaria y carcelaria, el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho contará con el Fondo de Infraestructura Carcelaria, regulado por la Ley 55 de 1985, modificado por la Ley 66 de 1993 y demás normas que la adicionan o modifican.
