Las entidades públicas que actualmente están llevando tarjetas personales, podrán continuar usando las existencias, pero después de acabarse ellas, introducirán las Tarjetas prescritas en el artículo 19 del Decreto 2091 de 1939. Las que todavía no disponen de tal kárdex podrán suspender su instalación mientras dura la actual situación fiscal.
