Art. 1.° Destínase la suma de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25,000) anuales, por el término de cinco años, para subvencionar al individuo ó compañía que se comprometa á establecer la navegación por buques de vapor entre Honda y Neiva, de acuerdo con las condiciones que estipule con el Gobierno.
