Art. 3.º También tendrá derecho el Presidente de intervenir, cuando lo crea necesario, en las elecciones que las Juntas generales de accionistas, o las directivas, o las que hagan sus veces, tengan que verificar conforme a los respectivos estatutos; esta intervención se extiende a que el gobierno pueda aprobar o desaprobar los nombramientos hechos por tales Juntas o Asambleas generales para los principales puestos de la empresa respectiva. Casos de improbación, el nombrado no podrá entrar a desempeñar el puesto para que ha sido nombrado.
